Allergic: Allergy-friendly rooms are available. 
Arrival: The rooms are ready on the day of arrival after 3 p.m. For an earlier check-in and in case of late arrivals after 9 p.m. please contact our reception.
Bathrobe Bathrobes are provided at the reception in a sauna bag, along with a large towel and slippers, for a fee of € 8.-
Bathroom All rooms have bathroom with shower or bath and toilet. Some showers with entry on grade. The facilities include fluffy towels (our towels are especially fluffy!), hair dryer, facial tissues, soap, shower gel and other bath products.
Bouquet of flowers Surprise your sweetheart with a bouquet of flowers. We are happy to provide you a bouquet of red roses, a bouquet of wildflowers or a large sunflower.
Breakfast ... will be served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Cancellation Rooms can be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. Short-term cancellations are charged with 80% of the booked services. Please note our terms and conditions.
Children ... up to 6 years in parents bed - free of charge
Creditcards We accept all major credit cards, Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and of course debit and Maestro cards
Day off Our a la carte restaurant is closed on Monday. For hotel guests a smaller but equally fine menu is available.
Departure On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check-out by 11 a.m.
E-Bike We are happy to organize a modern e-bike for your bike tour around the Tauber-valley in cooperation with a rental bike company
Elevator

Some of the rooms are accessible by elevator.
Late Arrival If you arrive after 9 p.m., please contact our reception. We deposit your key in a key safe at the main entrance.
Laundry For cleaning your clothes, please use the laundry bags and laundry notes in your room or contact our reception.
Meals Whether half or full board. Order your lunch or dinner in advance. Our gourmet kitchen will pamper your palate with a 3-course gourmet menu.

Minibar All rooms are equipped with a minibar. The prices can be found in the price list.
Non-Smoking Smoking in all rooms is forbidden. Please note the non-smoking conditions.
Parking 40 parking spaces free of charge. Underground garage (8 € per day) and 1 bus parking are available.
Pets Dogs are allowed by prior agreement. Costs per day 5 €
Pillows All rooms are equipped with two cuddly pillows. A size of 80 x 80 cm and 40 x 80 cm provides individual sleeping comfort. Whether goose feather or allergic, neck or side pillow - have a look in our pillow bar.
Reception ... open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. For later arrivals please contact our reception. We will deposit your room key in a safe outside.
Rental Bikes Book one of our on-site rental bicycles for your bike tour along the Romantic Road.
There are 5-gear city cruisers available. Fees: 1 day 10, - €, 1/2 day 6, - €.
For cyclists we are happy to organize a bike with our local cycling partner.
Restaurant Opening hours of our kitchen: 12 noon until 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Sauna and Spa Area For our hotel guests free of charge. Daily from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Travel Cancellation We recommend you to purchase a travel cancellation insurance.
